This is one of the traditional winter-time Dutch dishes, it can be made with pretty much any potato/veggie combination (great way to make kids eat their veggies!) and if no Smoked Sausage comes your way you can add some meat balls instead, quite simple!

- 15g butter
- 100g bacon
- 1dl milk
- 75g rasped cheese (any will do)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 smoked sausage in slices
Directions:
- Bake the bacon crispy in a pan with the butter.
- Add the potatoes to the pan smahing them in the butter-bacon mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the milk, spinach and cheese.
- Serve with some sausage slices or a couple of meatballs.
